All the varieties in the Grup Roig catalogue have previously been through the trials field where they have been tested and evaluated by the company technical department. If the plant meets the quality expected and is suited to the needs of our customers it is then taken into the sales phase. Another important criterion in the process of selecting a variety is the component of novelty and added value which it can bring to the market.
In order always to guarantee the quality, the parent plant is renewed annually from original material selected by our own laboratory or by external laboratories.
