Grup Roig Internal Information System
1. What are you?
The Grup Roigs' Internal Information System is a secure and confidential channel to communicate possible infractions, irregularities or conduct contrary to the legality or ethical principles of the organization.
This system is established by Law 2/2023, from 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons who inform them of normative violations and the fight against corruption.

2. Who can use it?
The channel is labeled as:

• Proveedors and collaborators.
• Clients.
• Any person who maintains or maintains a professional relationship with the Group's companies.

3. What can you communicate with?
You can inform yourself of situations like:

• Fraud, corruption or conflict of interests.
• Accountable or financial irregularities.
• Normative inclusions.
• Vulnerabilities in labor materials or risk prevention.

• Any action that suggests a vulnerability to applicable standards.

4. System Warranties
The internal information system ensures:
• Confidentiality absolute.
• Protection against represaliases.

• Diligent and impartial transmission of communications.
• GDPR compliant data processing.
• Possibility of carrying out anonymous communications.
⚠️ This expressly prohibits anyone from acting against the informant.

5. How to communicate
The communications can be made immediately:

6. Procedure
1. Accuse of receipt in a maximum space of 7 natural days (cuando proceda).
2. Preliminary analysis of communication.
3. Internal investigation if necessary.
4. Maximum service life: 3 months, except justified in other cases.

7. External channel
Informant persons may also access the external channel authorized by the Independent Protection Authority of the Informant (A.A.I.), according to the current regulations.

8. System Manager
The Internal Information System is managed by the Responsible Person designated by the entity, which operates with functional autonomy and independence, established with the Law 2/2023.
